Account Information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided by your authentication provider (such as Google or Replit). We use this to identify your account, manage your purchases, and communicate with you about your service.
Website Analysis Data
When you submit a URL for scanning, we crawl the publicly accessible pages of that website and collect data including page content, HTML structure, metadata, discovery files (llms.txt, agent.json, etc.), and structured data. This information is used to generate your AI Readiness Score and discovery files.
Google Analytics Data (Optional)
If you connect your Google Analytics account, we request read-only access to your GA4 properties via OAuth 2.0. We access traffic data including sessions, page views, traffic sources, and top pages. We store periodic snapshots of this data to display in your dashboard. We do not modify your Google Analytics configuration or data. You can disconnect Google Analytics at any time from your Integrations page.
Google Search Console Data (Optional)
If you connect your Google Search Console account, we request read-only access via OAuth 2.0. We access search performance data including queries, impressions, clicks, and average position. We do not modify your Search Console configuration. You can disconnect at any time.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, payment status, purchase amount, and transaction identifiers to manage your account and purchases.
Usage Data
We automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. We use this data for security, debugging, and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide our services: Scan websites, generate AI discovery files, calculate scores, and display results.
- Process transactions: Manage purchases, subscriptions, and refunds via Stripe.
- Display analytics: Show your Google Analytics and Search Console data in your dashboard (when connected).
- Improve the service: Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve scanning accuracy and product features.
- Communicate: Send transactional emails related to your account, purchases, or subscription changes.
- Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing.
- Google APIs: When you explicitly connect your Google Analytics or Search Console accounts. Data flows through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol with your authorization.
- AI model providers: We send website content (not your personal data) to AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate enhanced analysis files. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
- Fetch.ai Agentverse: If you choose to deploy an AI agent, we send your business profile data to the Fetch.ai Agentverse platform.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure
AgentSEO.guru's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we:
- Only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you explicitly authorize (analytics dashboard display).
- Do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with adequate data protection.
- Do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- Do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
- Analysis data: Scan results are retained for as long as your account is active.
- OAuth tokens: Stored while your integration is connected. Deleted when you disconnect.
- Analytics snapshots: Retained for up to 12 months for historical dashboard display.
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Disconnect any third-party integrations (Google Analytics, Search Console) at any time.
- Export your scan results and generated files.
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Authentication cookies persist to keep you signed in.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
