Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentSEO.guru ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at agentseo.guru. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

AgentSEO.guru provides AI visibility analysis and optimization tools for websites. Our services include:

• Website scanning: Crawling publicly accessible pages to analyze AI readiness, metadata, structured data, and discovery files.
• File generation: Creating AI discovery files (llms.txt, agent.json, msp.json, and others) based on your site's content.
• AI Readiness Scoring: Calculating a score across multiple categories to measure your website's visibility to AI systems.
• Analytics integration: Displaying your Google Analytics and Google Search Console data within our dashboard (with your explicit authorization).
• Competitor analysis: Comparing your AI readiness against competitor websites.
• Content generation: AI-assisted article creation for SEO and AEO optimization.
• Keyword tracking: Monitoring your website's visibility for tracked keywords across AI platforms.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (Google or Replit). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) provide access to additional features, higher usage limits, and premium capabilities. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@agentseo.guru within 14 days of the charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our services outside of our provided APIs.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without written permission.
• Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of AgentSEO.guru -- including software, text, graphics, logos, and design -- are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Generated Files

AI discovery files generated for your website (llms.txt, agent.json, msp.json, etc.) are provided for your use on your own website. You retain ownership of the content within those files that is derived from your website's existing content. You may deploy, modify, and distribute the generated files freely on the website they were generated for.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (website URLs, business information, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to access and process your publicly available website content for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Google Analytics and Search Console

If you connect your Google Analytics or Google Search Console account, you authorize us to access your data in read-only mode via Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. We access only the data necessary to display analytics in your dashboard. You can disconnect these integrations at any time. Our use of Google data is subject to our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

AI Model Providers

We use third-party AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to enhance file generation and analysis. Website content (not personal data) may be sent to these providers for processing. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.

7. Website Scanning

When you submit a URL for scanning, our crawler accesses publicly available pages of that website. By submitting a URL, you represent that:

• You own or are authorized to analyze the website.
• The website's content is publicly accessible.
• You understand that scanning involves making HTTP requests to the website's pages and well-known file paths.

We respect robots.txt directives and standard crawling etiquette. Our crawler identifies itself via its user agent string.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that AI readiness scores, generated files, or recommendations will improve your website's visibility in AI systems or search engines.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
